NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the
Town Board of the Town of Enfield at the Enfield Town Courthouse located at 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, New York, and via the Zoom platform https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83071857708 Meeting ID 830 7185 7708, Passcode: 14850 on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. to review the proposed Local Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law Section 3-C.
At such time and places, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be
heard. Copies of said proposed local law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office at 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY during regular office hours.
