PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held upon July 22, 2020 at 6:30 pm, via the Zoom Online Meeting Platform, (Click https://zoom.us/j/87334716588 or Call 1-646-876-9923, Meeting ID: 873 3471 6588) in the Town of Enfield, New York, for the purpose of receiving public input and comments upon proposed Local Law #_ of 2020 to adopt a local law to convert the position of Town Highway Superintendent from an elective to an appointive position at the end of the current officer’s term, subject to mandatory town-wide public referendum.
Such local law is on file and available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office for anyone desiring to review the same. The local law is also posted for public review in the window of the Town Hall, 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
