NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held upon July 10, 2024 at 6:30 pm, in person at the Enfield Town Courthouse 182 Enfield Main Rd, Ithaca NY 14850 and via the Zoom Online Meeting Platform (Visit: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81938890600 or Call: 1-646- 876-9923, Meeting ID: 819 3889 0600 Password: 14850), to review Proposed Local Laws 1-3 of 2024 to extend the terms of the elected offices of the Enfield Town Supervisor, Enfield Town Highway Superintendent, and the Enfield Town Clerk from two (2) to four (4) years.
At such time and places, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard. Copies of said proposed local laws are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office at 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 during regular office hours.
