NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN OF ENFIELD PLANNING BOARD – NORBUT SOLAR FARMS – SOUTH APPLEGATE ROAD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held upon March 3, 2021 at 7:00 pm, via the Zoom Online Meeting Platform, (Visit: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86306286687 or Call: 1-646-876-9923, Meeting ID: 863 0628 6687 Password: 14850) for the purpose of receiving public input and comments upon a proposed Solar Farm by Norbut Solar Farms https://norbutsolarfarms.com/.
Plans for this project are on file and available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office in Enfield Town Hall. The notice regarding this public hearing is also posted for public view in the window of the Town Hall, 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
The project is proposed for property in the Town of Enfield, on South Applegate Road, at the intersection of Mecklenburg Road (79). Tax Map Numbers: 9.-1-27 and 9.-1-28.1.

At the time and place of such public hearing, Enfield’s Planning Board will take statements, testimony, and evidence from all persons interested in the subject hereof and concerning the same. Enfield’s Planning Board may or will take such other action thereupon as is required or permitted by law, subject to the approval of Enfield’s Town Board.
All residents of the Town of Enfield and the general public are invited to attend this public hearing.
