NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN OF ENFIELD PLANNING BOARD

BREEZY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held upon April 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm, in person at the Enfield Town Courthouse and via the Zoom Online Meeting Platform, (Visit: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86763062643 or Call: 1-646- 876-9923, Meeting ID: 867 6306 2643 Password: 14850) for the purpose of receiving public input and comments upon a proposed 33 lot subdivision.

Documents for this project are on file and available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Enfield Town Hall. The notice regarding this public hearing is also posted for public view on the Announcement Board at the Enfield Town Clerks Office, 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.

The project is proposed for property in the Town of Enfield, on both sides of Tucker Road between Podunk and Halseyville Roads, near the intersection of Aiken Road, Tax Map Numbers: 2.-1-7, 2.-1-8, 2.-2-8 and 2.-2-4.34.  The project is a subdivision of 337 acres into 33 parcels ranging is size from 2 to 32 acres.  All proposed lots will have frontage on existing town or county owned roads.  No new infrastructure other that extending electrical distribution lines and telecommunication lines is proposed.

At the time and place of such public hearing, the Enfield Planning Board will take statements, testimony, and evidence from all persons interested in the subject hereof and concerning the same. The Enfield Planning Board may or will take such other action thereupon as is required or permitted by law.

All residents of the Town of Enfield and the general public are invited to attend this public hearing.

Comments may also be dropped off in a secure drop box at the Town Hall at 168 Enfield Main RD, Ithaca, New York 14850, mailed to the same address, or emailed to planningboard@townofenfield.org. Comments must be received by 6:00 pm April 5, 2023 to be read at the public hearing.
