NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held upon July 10, 2024, at 6:30 PM at The Town of Enfield Courthouse, 182 Enfield Main Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850, and via the Zoom Online Meeting Platform Visit: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81938890600; Meeting ID: 819 3889 0600, Password: 14850. to review A Proposed Local Law: Dog Control and Licensing Local Law and Regulations. The proposed local law can be obtained from the Town Clerk or from the Town’s website, and at the time and place of such hearing the Town Board will take statements, testimony, and evidence from all persons interested in the subjects thereof and concerning the same, and all residents of the Town and the general public are invited to attend this public hearing. Interested parties may also submit written comments addressed to the Enfield Town Clerk, at 168 Enfield Main Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850.
