NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM, TOWN OF ENFIELD: The Enfield Town Board adopted a resolution dated March 10, 2021 authorizing the creation of a specific capital reserve fund to accumulate moneys to support and finance the cost of a salt storage barn in an amount not to exceed $500,000. Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to law, and said resolution will be become effective unless a petition signed by the required number of qualified electors of the Town of Enfield is filed and received on or before April 9, 2021 protesting such resolution, and requesting a referendum thereupon.
