TCAT’s general manager Scot Vanderpool just announced at Transit Awareness Day that TCAT is eliminating zone 2 fares!

Rides throughout the county will be a flat $1.50 beginning August 25th. TCAT’s aim is to better serve rural residents, many of whom live far from the city core because of the high cost of housing.
The new fare structure goes into effect August 25 when the fall schedule begins.
