Enfield Youth: Winter Programs!

Enfield Youth Program EnsigniaEnfield Youth Programs offers free after-school and summer programs open to youth of Tompkins County, with priority given to Enfield Youth aged 10 and up.
These programs are offered through a partnership between the Enfield Community Council and 4H of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County.
We are currently enrolling for Winter programs, following CDC, NYS Health Department Guidelines, and Tompkins County Health Department Guidelines.

Program Offerings

Kahoot Pursuit Mondays, 3:30pm – 4:45pm, Jan 4 – Feb 8 *Online*

Join peers online for weekly Kahoot quiz games. Topics will be fun and informative and give students a chance to learn while having a great time with their peers. A Zoom link will be sent after registration.

Junior Engineers Tuesdays, 4:30pm – 6:30pm, Jan 5 – Feb 9

Come help us with design and build STEM challenges using Erector Sets, Keva blocks, and miniature robots. We’ll even try our hand at turning the Teen Space into a giant Rube Goldberg machine!

Community Crew Wednesdays, 4:30pm – 6:30pm, Jan 6 – Feb 10

The Enfield Community Council is moving into a new building and will need help decorating. Come help make the teen space your own- we will discuss future plans, paint, decorate and get it ready for future programs. Come with your own ideas of we will make them happen.

Video Game Galore Thursdays, 3:30pm – 4:45pm, Jan 7 – Feb 11 *Online*

Create your own world and play with friends in Minecraft, Roblox, and more! We will spend the first session getting everyone connected and deciding on some games. Then we’ll get busy playing games in subsequent sessions. Have you been working on some new game that you would like to share? Let us know and we can all check it out together. A Zoom link will be sent after registration.

These programs are run by our Program Manager, Eric Carter and take place at the pavilion of Living Waters Church (162 Enfield Main Rd.), unless otherwise noted.
