All programs are open to local youth entering 4th grade and up. Eric will have snacks available but youth should still bring a bagged lunch. If transportation is an issue, please let us know and we can help arrange pickup and drop-off.

Creek ExplorersAugust 15 to August 17, 8:30am to 12:30pm This program will meet at the Enfield Community Center (162 Enfield Main Rd.) and travel by CCE Van to various creeks and trails around Enfield, including Stevenson Nature Preserve, Connecticut Hill, and more. We will practice backcountry navigation, using a map and compass, learn about various flora and fauna, and explore the area!
Iron ChefAugust 22 – August 25, 8:30am to 12:30pm @ Enfield Community Center Come test your culinary competence as we dilly up some delicious delights! We will try new recipes as well as some old family traditions. We’re open to novice and expert chefs alike.

Enjoy the fresh summer air as we get outside to explore our natural landscape from an artistic perspective. We’ll venture down to the creek to gather clay and make pottery, make charcoal pencils and paint brushes, and even make our own paint!
