NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Enfield at the Enfield Town Courthouse located at 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, New York, and via the Zoom platform https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86073749462 Meeting ID 860 7374 9462, Passcode: 14850 on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to review the proposed Local Law: A local law to opt into, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law (“RPTL”) § 487, to the Tax Exemption granted to certain types of renewable energy facilities.
At such time and places, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard. Copies of said proposed local law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office at 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY, during regular office hours.
