NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held upon June 12, 2024, at 6:30 PM at The Town of Enfield Courthouse, 182 Enfield Main Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850, and via the Zoom Online Meeting Platform Visit: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81938890600; 819 3889 0600, Password: 14850. to review A Proposed Local Law to amend the Town’s existing dog licensing and control law to update dog licensing fees and make other administrative changes. The proposed local law can be obtained from the Town Clerk or from the Town’s website, and at the time and place of such hearing the Town Board will take statements, testimony, and evidence from all persons interested in the subjects thereof and concerning the same, and all residents of the Town and the general public are invited to attend this public hearing. Interested parties may also submit written comments addressed to the Enfield Town Clerk, at 168 Enfield Main Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850.
