Our Office would like to remind you and the residents of your community that USDA Rural Development has the Section 504 Loan/Grant Repair Program available for homeowners with very low income and the need for home repairs.

This repair loan/grant program has undergone some changes recently making it easier for homeowners to qualify for the program.
We have also attached an information sheet on the section 502 Direct Loan program for First time Home buyers Program. The current fixed interest rate is 3.25%. No down payment required. The loan term is for 33 years.
