Results of Town Board Sunday January 31, 2010

As you know, a special Town Board meeting was held Sunday January 31, 2010 in hopes of resolving two issues:

•·         Filling the Town Board vacancy.

•·         Moving forward with the proposed Wind Farm Developer's Agreement.

We filled the Town Board vacancy.  Jean Owens was unanimously appointed to fill the vacancy until the end of 2010.

The Board also approved the resolution authorizing the negotiation of a Developer's Agreement with Enfield Energy.  A copy of the agreement was given to the developer for his review.
