A joint workshop for the Town Board and Planning Board to further study and confer on the Town of Enfield DRAFT Ordinance for Utility-Scale Wind Energy Conversion Systems (U-SWECS) has been scheduled for 8/21/07 at 7:00 p.m. at the Enfield Community Building. The Planning Board recommended this draft ordinance (by resolution at their meeting on Aug. 1, 2007) to the Town Board for consideration at their August 8, 2007 Town Board Meeting.
Since some Town Board Members felt that they had not had adequate time to review it and/or were unable to download the document from their e-mail, the matter was tabled with the recommendation to set another time, as soon as possible, to discuss the draft ordinance in a joint workshop setting..
