Table Of Contents:
Duties:

Evaluate current Town facilities with respect to adequacy for current and future operations considering utilities, septic systems, wells, heating systems, energy efficiency, physical footprint, and condition.  Recommend to the Town Board actions that will improve space use, energy efficiency, and extend the life of current facilities.  Evaluate future space needs for Town departments and develop a long range plan to accomodate future needs. Develop criteria and evaluate possible future facility designs that meet anticipated space and operational needs.
