Duties: •Ø To keep current web page updated with: • Current government officials - locations, phone numbers, office hours. • Minutes of Town Board - should be monthly as approved by town board - sent to webmaster by Town clerk • Minutes of Planning board • Newsletter - community and governmental • News - added as given by members of the community - political campaigning or personal opinion is not used on the webpage. When in doubt check with town supervisor for approval. • Committees and organizations within the town - newsletters, meetings • Calendar which involves all of the above • List of subscribers for news on webpage • Town laws as submitted by Town Board or Code Enforcer
