The new Tompkins County Jail Study Report provides important recommendations to better serve those of us with addiction and mental health challenges, to continue reducing the number of people sent to jail, and to support their reentry into the community.  What does this mean for Enfield?  What practical steps can we take to support our most vulnerable neighbors? How can we build relationships across differences of class, race, and politics?
